This zesty coleslaw is a delicious addition to picnics, BBQ sandwiches, and burgers.
- 1/2 head white or purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup Duke's mayo
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Suka
- salt and a lot of black pepper
- Combine cabbage and carrot into mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well, refrigerate.
- Coleslaw is ready immediately, but will be better the next day.
